Abstract

Research Objectives in this research is to analyze product quality and distribution channels on sales performance at micro business - Pandeglang. This type of research is quantitative research with survey methods. Determining the number of samples for carrying out the survey is based on the number of indicators studied multiplied by the multiplier factor in the range of 5 to 10, so that a sample of 85 respondents is obtained. The research was conducted on micro business owners in Pandeglang. Data analysis in this study used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 26. The steps of analysis involved were analysis of respondent criteria, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity), regression analysis, analysis determination, and testing the hypothesis. Based on statistical test results obtained that the data used is valid and reliable, normally distributed, and meets the classical assumption test. Furthermore, based on the results of multiple regression analysis test, it was found that product quality and distribution channel variables partially had a positive and significant effect on increasing sales performance. Furthermore, simultaneously obtained results that product quality and distribution channels have an effect on increasing sales performance in micro businesses in Pandeglang.
