Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance, (2) the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance, (3) the magnitude of the influence of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees of PT. Trans Dana Profitri. The population in this study were employees of PT. Trans Dana Profitri with a population of 123 employees and a sample of 100 people. The findings of this study explain that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. Occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
