Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Lestari Banten Energi in Banten. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire with interval scale. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Lestari Banten Energi in 2022, total 250 people, while the sample in this study was 90 permanent employees from PT. Lestari Banten Energi with random sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and processed by software program SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings of this study explain that Occupational Health and Safety (X1) has a p-Value of 0.000 less than <0.05 and a t-statistic value (5.980) > t-table (1.960) which means that there is significant influence between occupational health and safety on employee performance. significant impact on employee performance while Compensation (X2) has a p-Values of 0.131 > 0.05 and a t-statistic (1.511) <  t-table (1.960). the compensation has no significant effect on employee performance
